Staff Behavior Creed

I agree to conduct myself in a manner that both reflects and promotes Leadership and Maturity, which are the ideals and values of the Thomas Sports Group, Inc. I will act in a manner that adheres to the following rules of conduct:

§ All staff and volunteers will respect, obey, and cooperate with all volunteers and coordinators that assist in the functions of the league.

§ All staff and volunteers will respect and cooperate with each other while participating in the league.

§ All staff and volunteers will follow the ideals of Sportsmanship and Fair Play when engaged in league activities.

§ All staff and volunteers will respect the property and the environment where league games occur.

§ All staff and volunteers will refrain from using obscene language.

§ All staff and volunteers will refrain from using violence or fighting while participating in league activities.

§ All staff and volunteers are not to show-up on the premises under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

§ All staff and volunteers must participate in Hand Shakes after all games.  

I understand than an infraction of anyone of these stipulations may lead to a Volunteer or Staff suspension from league activities or possible termination from all league activities as deemed appropriate by the Thomas Sports Group, Inc.
