is a special collaborative program, coordinated by The Chamber of Schenectady County for the Business & Education Partners.

The Certificate of Employability is an education and economic development initiative, designed to provide a well-prepared workforce for the County's existing businesses as well as the new industries which are locating to Schenectady County as part of the Tech Valley Initiative. Our goal is to provide a ready workforce: employees who understand what employers are seeking in employees and who are ready to be trained in any new manufacturing and quality control processes necessary for the employer to meet its business goals.
